This collection is a statement of solidarity with the people affected by global conflicts, such as those in Gaza, Congo, Sudan, and Lebanon. It seeks to express the psychological and physical burdens of individuals in war zones, their resilience, and their unyielding hope for independence. The designs capture contrasting emotions—those who suffer and resist, and those who don’t live in the war zones, but feel frustrated by the unhuman wars happening at the moment.

Assigned with Dries Van Noten as a researching brand, by keeping Dries’s values and adding on my personal handwriting, this collection focuses on surface design, tactility, and customer needs. By upcycling and recycling materials, I’ve used new virgin material as little as possible. Besides, all the design elements and finishing came from testing and researching, to make sure that the durability of each garment is at its maximum.
